Nasce a Budapest il Team MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort: Italia e Ungheria unite dal ciclismo e dallo sviluppo dei giovani talenti
Budapest, Museum of Ethnography – In uno dei luoghi simbolo della capitale ungherese, presso il Museo Etnografico, è stato ufficialmente presentato il Team MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort, nuova realtà del ciclismo professionistico che rappresenta molto più di una squadra: è il punto d’incontro tra Italia e Ungheria, due Paesi che, attraverso lo sport, costruiscono un ponte culturale, sportivo e valoriale capace di parlare al mondo.
Un progetto internazionale che nasce con un’identità chiara e una visione precisa: la crescita dei giovani ciclisti ungheresi, idealmente rappresentati dal campione nazionale Márton Dina, simbolo di una generazione pronta a misurarsi con il grande ciclismo grazie a un percorso strutturato, alle competenze tecniche italiane e a un solido sostegno imprenditoriale ungherese.
Sono 21 i corridori che compongono la rosa del team. Alla presentazione erano presenti 20 atleti: Alessandro Fancelluera assente per indisposizione. La giornata ha visto il team protagonista degli scatti ufficiali nella Piazza degli Eroi (Hősök tere), luogo iconico scelto per rappresentare simbolicamente l’unione tra storia, cultura e visione internazionale che caratterizza la nascita della squadra.
A fare da cornice alla presentazione, una platea di ospiti d’eccezione del panorama ciclistico internazionale, tra cui Vincenzo Nibali, Gilberto Simoni, Andrea Tafi, Mirko Celestino, Alessio Di Basco e Norma Gimondi, protagonisti di un panel esclusivo moderato da Dávid Székely e Gergő Bodnár, in cui è stato sottolineato il valore educativo e culturale dello sport come strumento di crescita delle nuove generazioni.
L’evento si è aperto con i saluti istituzionali del presidente del team Gábor Deák e del Deputy State Secretary for Sport, Gábor Schmidt, oltre a Domonkos Schneller, presidente della Federazione Ungherese, a testimonianza del forte sostegno istituzionale al progetto.
La visione tecnica del team è stata approfondita durante la tavola rotonda con il management (presenti Rossella Dileo e Federica Pezzotta) e i main sponsor Al fianco di Antonio Bevilacqua, i rappresentanti di CSB Commerciale Siderurgia Bresciana con Stefano D’Aprile, Telecom Fort con Zoltan Bebto e Peter Zsollosi, Ballan Spa con Alessandro Ballan, l’azienda Zaev, Andrea Fortolan di Pella Sport, Victor Luis di Cinelli.
Il Team MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort nasce con l’ambizione di essere un laboratorio di crescita tecnica e umana, un ponte stabile tra due nazioni e un punto di riferimento per lo sviluppo del ciclismo ungherese nel panorama internazionale, come dimostrato già nelle prime gare di stagione, con una vittoria e diversi podi ottenuti.
Italia e Ungheria, insieme, in sella verso il mondo.

The MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Team is born in Budapest: Italy and Hungary united by cycling and the development of young talents
Budapest, Museum of Ethnography – In one of the symbolic locations of the Hungarian capital, at the Museum of Ethnography, the MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Team was officially presented. This new professional cycling team represents much more than a sporting project: it is the meeting point between Italy and Hungary, two countries building a cultural, sporting, and value-based bridge capable of speaking to the world through sport.
An international project with a clear identity and precise vision: the development of young Hungarian cyclists, ideally represented by national champion Márton Dina, symbol of a generation ready to step into top-level cycling thanks to a structured pathway, Italian technical expertise, and strong Hungarian entrepreneurial support.
The team roster consists of 21 riders. Twenty athletes attended the presentation, while Alessandro Fancellu was absent due to illness. During the day, the team posed for the official photos in Heroes’ Square (Hősök tere), an iconic location symbolically chosen to represent the union of history, culture, and international vision behind the birth of the team.
The presentation was enriched by the presence of distinguished guests from the international cycling scene, including Vincenzo Nibali, Gilberto Simoni, Andrea Tafi, Mirko Celestino, and Norma Gimondi, who took part in an exclusive panel moderated by Dávid Székely and Gergő Bodnár, highlighting the educational and cultural value of sport in shaping new generations.
The event opened with institutional greetings from team president Gábor Deák, Deputy State Secretary for Sport Gábor Schmidt, and Domonkos Schneller, President of the Hungarian Cycling Federation, demonstrating the strong institutional support behind the project.

The MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Team was created with the ambition of becoming a laboratory for both technical and human development, a solid bridge between two nations, and a reference point for the growth of Hungarian cycling on the international stage, as already demonstrated in the first races of the season, with one victory and several podium finishes.
