DOPO IL 2° POSTO A SQUADRE AL TOUR OF HONGRIE NEL WEEK END SI CORRE NELLE MARCHE
Durante la gara la squadra ha collezionato altri risultati di rilievo: il 5° posto nella classifica generale di Alessandro Fancellu, il piazzamento di Takács Zsombor nell’ultima frazione, l’8° posizione di Samuele Zoccarato e un’altra top ten conquistata sempre da Fancellu. La squadra ha inoltre attraversato l’Ungheria portando con orgoglio la maglia di campione nazionale sulle spalle di Márton Dina, riconosciuto e sostenuto costantemente dal pubblico: per lui un ottimo 13° posto nella graduatoria generale.

I piazzamentI arrivano nonostante alcune difficoltà: diversi corridori sono stati condizionati da infortuni e altri stanno programmando il ritorno alla forma ottimale nelle prossime settimane. La dirigenza resta fiduciosa di poter vedere presto altri atleti del team protagonisti nelle corse future.CONVOCATI 23 E 24 MAGGIO: La squadra è già pronta per nuovi obiettivi e si prepara alla trasferta per la Due Giorni Marchigiana, dove saranno presenti: Diego Bracalente, Lorenzo Masciarelli, Luca Capretti, Davide Persico Marchent, Samuel Zoccarato ed Edoardo Cipollini, guidati dal direttore sportivo Orlando Maini. Alcuni corridori sono in ottima forma, mentre altri, come Cipollini, sono al rientro dopo l’esperienza positiva al Circuito del Porto. In particolare la gara sarà molto sentita da Diego Bracalente, che vive nella zona.
LE GARE
Gran Premio Santa Rita – Trofeo Foridra (sabato 23 maggio)
- Distanza: 170,300 km.
- Sviluppo: due circuiti. Primo circuito di 12,9 km da ripetere 10 volte, con una salita di 2 km (pendenza max 8%) che conduce al passaggio sul traguardo. Negli ultimi 2 giri si aggiunge un circuito finale di circa 20 km che, dopo un tratto in discesa, presenta una salita di 1 km con pendenze massime del 14% per rientrare sul percorso precedente.
Trofeo Città di Castelfidardo – Trofeo Cisel (domenica 24 maggio)
- Distanza: 182,400 km. Partenza ufficiale ore 13:00, arrivo previsto intorno alle 17:15.
- Svolgimento: circuito pianeggiante di 22,6 km da ripetere 8 volte su ampie carreggiate con numerose rotatorie; fondo in buone condizioni.
- Ultimi km: gli ultimi 3 km si sviluppano su carreggiata tortuosa (larghezza media 5 m); gli ultimi 500 m presentano un’ampia rotatoria affrontata in linea retta che immette su un ampio rettilineo d’arrivo in leggera pendenza (2%) e larghezza superiore a 6 m.

AFTER 2ND PLACE IN THE TEAM CLASSIFICATION AT THE TOUR OF HONGRIE, THIS WEEKEND THEY RACE IN THE MARCHE

MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort returns to Italy after an excellent Tour of Hongrie: 2nd place in the team classification, a result that confirms the strength of the group led by team manager Antonio Bevilacqua together with Gabor Deak, the D’Aprile family and Zoltan Bebto.
SUMMARY: The team proved able to compete with top-level international squads and finish ahead of renowned teams, showing the result of collective and well-organized work. “It’s an important result,” explains Antonio Bevilacqua, “which rewards the daily commitment of the staff and riders. We achieved performances that until recently would have been difficult to imagine.”
During the race the team also collected other notable results: 5th place overall for Alessandro Fancellu, a placing by Takács Zsombor in the final stage, 8th place for Samuele Zoccarato and another top ten also earned by Fancellu. The team also traversed Hungary proudly carrying the national champion’s jersey on the shoulders of Márton Dina, who was constantly recognized and supported by the public: he finished a very good 13th in the overall standings.

The placings come despite some difficulties: several riders were affected by injuries and others are planning a return to peak form in the coming weeks. Management remains confident that more team riders will soon be protagonists in upcoming races.
SELECTED RIDERS FOR MAY 23–24:
The team is already ready for new objectives and is preparing for the two-day race in the Marche, with: Diego Bracalente, Lorenzo Masciarelli, Luca Capretti, Davide Persico Marchent, Samuel Zoccarato and Edoardo Cipollini, led by sporting director Orlando Maini. Some riders are in excellent form, while others, like Cipollini, are returning after the positive experience at the Circuito del Porto. The race will be especially important for Diego Bracalente, who lives in the area.
THE RACES
Gran Premio Santa Rita – Trofeo Foridra (Saturday, May 23)
Distance: 170.3 km.
Route: two circuits. First circuit 12.9 km to be repeated 10 times, including a 2 km climb (max gradient 8%) leading to the finish line passage. In the last two laps a final circuit of about 20 km is added which, after a descent, features a 1 km climb with maximum gradients of 14% before rejoining the previous route.
Trofeo Città di Castelfidardo – Trofeo Cisel (Sunday, May 24)
Distance: 182.4 km. Official start at 13:00, arrival expected around 17:15.
Course: flat 22.6 km circuit to be repeated 8 times on wide roads with numerous roundabouts; road surface in good condition.
Final kilometres: the last 3 km run on a winding roadway (average width 5 m); the final 500 m include a large roundabout approached straight that leads onto a wide finishing straight with a slight 2% uphill and a width of over 6 m.
