RCS Sport ha comunicato l’elenco delle squadre che prenderanno il via alle prossime corse UCI World Tour di primavera, a partire dalla Strade Bianche in programma il 7 marzo 2026 sugli sterrati senesi.
Le formazioni partecipanti alle altre corse organizzate da RCS Sport saranno rese note in un secondo momento, indicativamente la prossima settimana.
Per la Strade Bianche saranno al via 25 squadre: 18 UCI WorldTeams e 7 UCI ProTeams, ciascuna composta da 7 corridori.
Tra le squadre invitate spicca il prestigioso debutto del Team MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort, guidato dal team manager Antonio Bevilacqua. Al suo primo anno nel professionismo, la formazione italo-ungherese ottiene così un importante diritto di partecipazione a quella che è ormai considerata da molti la “sesta Classica Monumento”, un riconoscimento significativo per il progetto sportivo avviato.
Il roster dei partenti è ancora in fase di definizione e sarà selezionato in base all’esperienza e alla condizione di forma del momento.

«Abbiamo appreso con grande soddisfazione questo invito a una prova che è ormai definita da tutti la sesta Monumento. Faremo del nostro meglio per metterci in evidenza e confermare quanto di buono fatto fin qui, in un avvio di stagione che ci ha già visto vincere e salire sul podio. Ci confronteremo con i migliori al mondo e, come sempre, parteciperemo con grande grinta. Ci auguriamo che questo sia solo il primo passo e di poter ottenere altri inviti di prestigio già nel 2026».

WORLD TOUR RACE
RCS Sport has announced the list of teams that will take part in the upcoming UCI World Tour spring races, starting with the Strade Bianche, scheduled for 7 March 2026 on the dirt roads of Siena.
The teams participating in the other races organized by RCS Sport will be announced at a later date, tentatively next week.
For the Strade Bianche, 25 teams will take part: 18 UCI WorldTeams and 7 UCI ProTeams, each composed of 7 riders.
Among the invited teams, the prestigious debut of Team MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort stands out. Led by team manager Antonio Bevilacqua, the Italian-Hungarian formation, in its first year as a professional team, earns an important right to participate in what is increasingly considered by many as the “sixth Monument Classic,” a significant recognition of the sporting project undertaken.
The starting roster is still being finalized and will be selected based on experience and current form.
These are the words of Antonio Bevilacqua:
“We were very pleased to receive this invitation to a race that is now widely recognized as the sixth Monument. We will do our best to stand out and confirm the good work we have done so far, in a season that has already seen us achieve victories and podiums. We will be racing against the best in the world and, as always, we will participate with great determination. We hope that this will be just the first step and that we can secure further prestigious invitations already in 2026.”
